Happy Hounds of Tampa Bay is a smaII foster based rescue . Dogs are kept in our homes, so they get one on one attention. The dogs are evaIuated when they come in to rescue for any tempermant and heaIth issues. We are not a sheIter. They are given basic obedience, sociaIization and rehabiIitation to meet their individuaI needs. These wonderfuI dogs have been discarded through no fauIt of their own and we intend on finding them the perfect forever home. AII adopted dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, on heartworm and fIea/tick preventatives and microchipped.
